Important Notices
- BOTH the Admission Response Form and the $750 Tuition Prepayment must be received by the Enrollment Deadline to secure your place in the class.
- The Tuition Prepayment is non-refundable.
- The $750 Tuition Prepayment must be submitted in full. Partial payments, bounced payments, or submitting payment with insufficient funds in your account will NOT secure your place in the class.
- Payment Methods Accepted: Check, eCheck (Electronic Check - Fastest and preferred method of payment), Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Please note: We do not accept credit cards. Please also note that Checks, eChecks and Money Orders require a US Bank and US Dollars. Wire Transfers can be completed by either domestic or international banks.
- Please include the student’s Campus-Wide ID (CWID) number and the full name on the Check, eCheck, or Money Order.
- It is the student's responsibility to verify that they have successfully submitted the Enrollment Form and paid the Tuition Prepayment in full.
- Technical assistance for this process is only available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We recommend that you complete this process early. Technical difficulties will not be considered as grounds for enrollment after the Enrollment Deadline has passed.
- Print all confirmation pages and emails and retain them for your records.
- In order to be enrolled in classes, final transcripts must be sent to the Office of Admission by July 15.
- Should you decide not to enroll, you must submit the Withdraw Form to withdraw your application by May 1. This Withdraw Form will be in your Pepperdine Application Portal.
- For international students without a US bank account, please visit our webpage for instructions on making your tuition prepayment through Flywire.
Your place in the class is not secured until both the Enrollment Form and the Tuition Prepayment are received. The Tuition Prepayment must be paid in full by the deadline. Errors of any kind, including mistyping your bank account numbers or insufficient funds in your account, will not be considered. Please be patient as it may take a few days after submission of these items for your WaveNet To Do List to update.
